Made by artisans in Oaxaca, this molinillo is a traditionally turned and hand carved whisk used in the preparation of hot beverages throughout Mexico and Central America.
Hold the handle between palms and twist back and forth – the pestle breaks down and dissolves the chocolate while the loose rings whip air into the mix frothing the hot chocolate and creating a delicious foam. We love it paired with a bag of hot chocolate for the perfect winter gift.
