Whole almonds are slow-roasted and coated in rich dark chocolate, then finished with a dusting of Southern Ocean sea salt. The cacao beans are carefully sourced and roasted, then stone-ground, conched, and aged in small batches using rare vintage machines for a truly artisanal chocolate experience.
