In 2024, Dunham opened his second brick-and-mortar showroom, Peter Dunham Home & Garden, in New York City. He and his design team divide their time between restoring historic homes and collaborating with renowned architects on new residences. Current projects include a modernist Marmol Radziner house overlooking the Pacific in Montecito, homes in Los Angeles, the Bay Area, Newport Beach, New York City, Dallas, Sag Harbor, Montana, and the iconic 1963 Horace Gifford house on Fire Island.
